RANCHO SANTA ROSA

Just two hours south of Miami by plane lies a stretch of virgin paradise under a warm quatorial sun - a land that is virtually unknown, a diamond in the rough whose gentle green slopes taper down to beautiful white beaches and breath-taking views. Located only 45 minutes from Managua, Playa Santa Rosa has quick and easy access to Nicaragua's international airport.

Phase 1
Playa Jicaro
Our lots look out over lovely Jicaro Beach, nature's own swimming pool of crystal Pacific water protected by an ancient rock formation that causes spectacular explosions of mist as the waves crash behind its protective arms.
In this phase we already completed our social area "Rancho Tortuga" with pool area and bar. Wake up every morning to the soothing sound of the gently rolling waves and the scattered cry of a seagull overhead. Open your eyes to crystal blue water that stretches forever... until it becomes one with the sky.
Phase 2
Playa Canela
In just six short weeks Phase I - Jicaro Beach was almost completely sold out. It seems the need to escape to warmer latitudes is even greater than imagined. Playa Santa Rosa proudly unveils Phase II - Playa Canela another stretch of unspoiled paradise in a land that is little known to those except the enlightened.

Playa Canela means Cinnamon Beach, like the tan color of her sands, like the spicy sting of the chili peppers she bears, like the bronze skin of the people who bathe in her waters.
Playa Canela is 500 meters westward along the beach from Jicaro, but the topographical diversity of the land makes for some interesting and unique characteristics the distinguish it from Phase I.
Playa Canela has a double view: On one side, the sun sets as emerald waves crash on Cretaceous rock and russet sands. On the other side the sun rises over rolling hills and a resting place, where for much of the year, Snowy Egrets, Rufescent Tiger Heron, Brown Pelicans and Solitary Sandpipers wade in brackish waters.

Playa Canela has not one but two beaches: To the north, Playa Canela a picturesque cove where enamored couples meet for afternoon rendezvous', and to the south Playa Izapa where the sounds of laughter between lifelong friends and newly formed lifelong friendships can be heard.
Playa Canela has two kinds of shore: dramatic rock for those who prefer to stare out over the infinite blue with a good book and cold cerveza, and gentle sand for those who delight in splashing and playing with the sand between their toes.
Whatever your tastes are, you can be certain you'll find something that will captivate you in Playa Canela.

Cacao Beach
As with all great things: the last page of a good book, the final movement in a symphony concerto, the grand finale of a fireworks display, we have saved, what might be considered the very best that Playa Santa Rosa has to offer for last.
Phase III - Cacao Beach is available, and Now is your last chance to buy oceanfront property in Playa Santa Rosa. Fittingly, this scenic cove does justice to the concept of good endings. The word Cacao means Natural Chocolate Bean, and with only twelve oceanfront lots in all, you just might be the lucky devil to get the last bite.
Each phase in Playa Santa Rosa has is own flavor. Cacao Beach could be described as Santa Rosa's most private or exclusive area. It gives its visitors the sensation of being the first human being to have ever set foot there. The spectacular landscape on both sides of the beach protect its untouched beauty from prying eyes. It feels so comfortable, so private, one might be tempted to strip off those earthly clothes and take a dip.Cacao Beach is uniquely designed around an inlet fronted by a stunning view of the beach and ocean. Nature has graciously provided virtually every lot with an unsurpassed view.
