The lots are built on 90 acres of gentle landscape with the Sierras de Managua mountain range as beautiful backdrop in the distance. Finca Del Mar is bordered by two pristine creeks and their shores of mangroves and tropical forest which are being preserved as an ecological green area.
All lots and the beach club are connected through a network of nature trails running alongside the creeks and wooded areas. The community beach club opens on to a wide, secluded sandy beach with fun waves for surfing. A sunset tower will offer a relaxing way to cool off at the end of the day and enjoy the spectacular sunsets on the Pacific coast of Nicaragua.
Finca Del Mar fronts a long stretch of fun, uncrowded, surfable beachbreak peaks. Winds are often offshore, and there is always swell. With access to the surf through the Beach Club and surrounding shoreline acreage, residents will have the convenience of checking the waves from the decks of the clubhouse, rinsing off in our outdoor showers, and chilling by the pool after a long surf session.
A short walk down the coast surfers will find 2 more excellent surf spots - a right and left reef off a rivermouth. Both waves are for expert surfers and can deliver really amazing rides. To the north, a 15-minute drive separates you from another excellent beach break. Peaky, glassy peeling waves can be had up and down this long beach.
